Warranty Limitations

Granite, marble and other stone products are natural products, many of which are crystalline in structure. Natural fissures are not structural defects. As a natural product, granite, marble and stone products are also porous, which my cause dark spots and discolorations. These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the stone and do not impair the durability of the product. REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. expressly excludes from this Warranty any discolorations, stains, dark spots or fissures which are naturally occurring in the Products.

Other Terms

REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC.gives no other warranty express or implied and all implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for particular purpose are disclaimed. REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC.. will not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits and under no circumstances will REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC.. liability for defective goods exceed the invoice price of such goods. This warranty shall govern the liability of REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. and supersedes any terms or conditions of Buyer’s purchase order or invoice.

Disclaimer

REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. offers its clients our commitment that the highest degree of emphasis is placed on matching of veins and markings when joining pieces. Since natural stone is a product of nature fissures, pits and small excursions are common and do not exemplify a defect in the stone.REAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. cannot be bound in any way to color, tone and markings since no two pieces are identical.
